Booking & Deposit
We want the booking process to be simple, transparent, and secure. Once you have chosen your itinerary and travel dates, we will confirm availability, prepare your final itinerary and quotation, and provide the payment details required to secure your trip.
How to Book
To arrange your Morocco tour:
- Choose your itinerary and travel dates.
Let us know your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, accommodation category, and any special requests. - Receive your itinerary and quotation.
We will send you a detailed itinerary and final price based on your group size, accommodation preferences, and selected services. - Confirm your booking.
Once you approve the itinerary and quotation, a 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation. - Receive your booking confirmation.
After we receive the deposit, we will confirm your booking in writing and proceed with the necessary arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, guides, and other services included in your itinerary.
Deposit
A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
The deposit allows us to secure your travel arrangements and begin making reservations with our local partners and service providers.
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, the remaining 70% balance is payable upon arrival in Morocco, before the tour begins.
For certain tailor-made journeys, large groups, special events, or bookings involving specific non-refundable services, different payment arrangements may apply. If so, we will explain these conditions clearly before you confirm your booking.
Payment Methods
We currently accept payment by:

- Cash in Morocco in EUR, USD, GBP, or MAD, where agreed in advance
Any bank charges, international transfer fees, or payment-processing fees charged by the payment provider may be the responsibility of the client.
Short-Notice Bookings
For bookings made close to the departure date, we may require full payment or a higher deposit in order to secure accommodation, transportation, or other services.
We will always confirm the required payment before finalizing the booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide reasonable flexibility for our guests while covering the accommodation, transportation, guides, and other services that we reserve in advance on your behalf.
Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing by email. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
The following cancellation fees apply:

The cancellation fee may be adjusted where a hotel, riad, transport provider, or other third-party supplier has its own non-refundable cancellation charges.
Refunds
Any refund due will be calculated according to the cancellation schedule above and after deduction of any non-refundable payments already made to suppliers on your behalf.
Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method. Bank charges, payment-processing fees, and currency-conversion costs may be deducted where applicable.
Changes to Your Booking
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your travel dates, itinerary, accommodation, or services.
Requests made more than 15 days before departure can usually be accommodated without a cancellation charge, subject to availability and any additional costs from suppliers.
Changes requested within 15 days of departure may be subject to additional charges from hotels, transportation providers, guides, or other suppliers.
Cancellation by Morocco Meta Adventures
If Morocco Meta Adventures must cancel a tour before departure because of circumstances within our control, we will offer either:
- an alternative date or itinerary of comparable value; or
- a full refund of payments made for the affected tour.
If a tour cannot operate because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, or other exceptional events, we will work with you to provide the best available alternative.
Refunds in such circumstances will depend on amounts that can be recovered from third-party suppliers.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your insurance should cover, where appropriate, trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency assistance, baggage, and other unexpected travel costs.
Morocco Meta Adventures is not responsible for costs that are covered or recoverable through your travel insurance.
Important Note:
The cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be confirmed in writing at the time of reservation. Where a specific booking confirmation or written agreement contains different cancellation conditions, those conditions will apply to that booking.

What Kind Of Clothing Is Allowed For Women / Men ?
Foreign women are in no way expected to cover thier hair ,arms or legs , but we suggest that on the side of modestey and avoid spaghetti-type strap shirts , tight / revealing clothing and very short lengths. Men my feel more comfortable in pants , as shorts are generally reserved for young Moroccan men since mornings and nights are cooler .so that will be nice if you take layers .
IS Morocco A Safe Country ?
In truth, Morocco is a safe place to visit. There’s only really small (pickpockets) and you’re unlikely to be assaulted or seriously hurt as a tourist in the country. Day 01: Arrival Marrakech
Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative, holding a personalized sign with your name. You will then be transferred comfortably to your hotel or riad in Marrakech.
The remainder of the day is free for you to relax and settle into your accommodation.

Day 02: Explore Marrakech
After breakfast, meet your local guide and begin a full-day exploration of Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most fascinating imperial cities.
Discover the historic medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its atmospheric streets, traditional souks, colorful handicrafts, spices, textiles, and skilled artisans. Your guided tour will introduce you to some of the city’s most important cultural and historical landmarks, including the Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Koutoubia Mosque, and the lively Jemaa el-Fnaa Square.
Enjoy lunch at a recommended local restaurant before continuing to the modern part of Marrakech. In the afternoon, visit the renowned Majorelle Garden, known for its distinctive architecture, exotic plants, and peaceful atmosphere.
Return to your hotel or riad for the evening.

Day 03: Marrakech - Agafay
After breakfast, leave the energy of Marrakech behind and travel toward the dramatic landscapes of the Agafay Desert, a rocky desert region located just outside the city.
Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through the Moroccan countryside and foothills of the Atlas Mountains. For those looking for additional adventure, there is an optional quad-biking experience of approximately two hours.
After lunch, continue your desert experience with a camel ride through the Agafay landscape, particularly beautiful in the late afternoon as the light begins to soften. Take time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and watch the sunset over the desert.
In the evening, settle into your desert camp and enjoy dinner beneath the open sky.

Day 04: Agafay - Essaouira - Marrakech
After breakfast, depart for the Atlantic coastal town of Essaouira, approximately three hours from Marrakech.
Along the way, travel through Morocco’s characteristic argan-growing region, with opportunities to stop at an argan oil cooperative and learn about the traditional production of argan oil for culinary and cosmetic use. Depending on the season and conditions, you may also have the chance to see Morocco’s famous tree-climbing goats.
Upon arrival in Essaouira, meet your local guide for an exploration of this historic coastal city. Visit the Skala fortress, the old fishing port, and the atmospheric medina, where you can discover traditional crafts and watch local artisans at work.
Stroll through the medina and explore the city’s historic streets, galleries, markets, and traditional thuya wood workshops. You will also have time to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Essaouira’s Atlantic waterfront.
In the late afternoon, return to Marrakech.

Day 05: Hot Air Ballooning and the Atlas Mountains
Start the day with an early morning transfer to the hot-air balloon launch site, approximately 50 minutes from Marrakech.
Before takeoff, receive a safety briefing and watch the experienced team prepare the balloon. Once airborne, enjoy approximately one hour in the sky, with panoramic views across the Moroccan countryside, villages, agricultural landscapes, and the surrounding mountains.
After landing, continue toward the High Atlas Mountains, traveling through Tahanaout, traditional Berber villages, and the scenic valleys around Asni.
Along the way, stop to admire the landscapes and take photographs, with views toward Jbel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. Continue through areas including the Tahanaout Valley, Moulay Brahim Gorges, and the beautiful Ourika Valley.
For those who wish to explore on foot, an optional hike to a nearby waterfall can be arranged, depending on weather and local conditions.
After lunch, return to Marrakech for a relaxing evening.

Day 06 : Cooking classes and hammam
After breakfast, begin a hands-on Moroccan cooking class, starting at approximately 10:00 AM.
Discover the techniques and traditions behind some of Morocco’s best-known dishes, including tagine and couscous. With guidance from experienced instructors, you will learn how to prepare a selection of traditional Moroccan dishes using fresh local ingredients.
Depending on the class selected, you may prepare an appetizer and main course or a main course and dessert.
After the cooking experience, return to your hotel or riad and enjoy some free time during the afternoon.
Later, experience one of Morocco’s traditional wellness rituals with a hammam and massage treatment. Relax and enjoy approximately two hours of traditional bathing and wellness treatments before returning to your accommodation.

Day 07 : Marrakech / Ouzoud Water falls.
After breakfast, depart Marrakech for the spectacular Ouzoud Waterfalls, located in the Middle Atlas region.
The journey takes you through mountain landscapes and traditional Berber villages, offering a different perspective on rural Morocco. There will be opportunities to stop along the way for photographs and to appreciate the changing scenery.
Upon arrival at Ouzoud, meet your local mountain guide for a hike through the surrounding area. Enjoy approximately two hours exploring the trails and viewpoints around the waterfalls while taking in the natural landscape.
After the hike, stop for lunch before beginning the journey back to Marrakech.
Return to the city in the late afternoon, with free time to relax or explore the local markets and souks at your own pace.

Day 08: Departure
After breakfast, your private transfer will take you to Marrakech Menara Airport in time for your departing flight.
